Romagna (pronounced Ro-man-ya) low-acid culinary tomatoes are the Chefs’ choice. The roma style or plum tomatoes have a characteristically oval shape, very dense flesh and a small seed cavity which produces a lot more tomato, less juice, and fewer seeds. Rich in vitamins and minerals, Romagna® tomatoes will help showcase your culinary skills, especially in Southern Mediterraneran cuisine.

With a much lower acidity than regular tomatoes, Romagna® can be used in raw salads or sandwiches. Their extra flesh and flavour is particularly suited for sauces, soups, or salsas.
