6 Lettuce cups

1/2 Avocado

1 Cup of corn

1/2 Cup of cheddar cheese

1/2 Cup of chopped cucumber

4 truss tomatoes diced

Sprouts to garnish


Add all ingredients together, splitting it between each cup.

Then add salt and pepper to taste, garnish with sprouts to finish.

Serve alongside hot sauce for a real bite!
