Pesto Ciabatta

1 Loaf of ciabatta halved

1/2 Cup of cherry tomatoes halved

200g Pesto

200g Mozzarella

Basil to garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. While oven is heating put a generous layer of pesto on the ciabatta.
  3. Then layer with mozzarella, followed by halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until tomatoes go soft.
  5. Season and garnish with basil.
Best severed warm
