Spaghetti with prawns, cherry tomatoes & rocket

455 g dried spaghetti
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
1-2 dried red chillies, crumbled
400 g peeled raw prawns
1 small wineglass white wine
1 batch Vintage Harvest tomato sauce
250g cherry tomatoes, halved
Juice and zest of 1 lemon


  1. Cook spaghetti to packet instructions in a large saucepan of boiling water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Saute garlic and chilli till garlic begins to brown
  3. Add prawns and toss lightly for a couple minutes
  4. Then add white wine and your Vintage Harvest tomato sauce
  5. When the spaghetti is finished cooking, drain and mix your sauce through the pasta
  6. Add cherry tomatoes and half the chopped rocket to the saucepan and combine
  7. Serve with a sprinkle of lemon rind, rocket leaves and a wedge of lemon
