NZ Hothouse is a proud partner with Rescued Kitchen. They're on a mission to lead New Zealand to a zero-food waste-to-landfill future. They're taking edible, surplus food and upcycling it into premium ingredients and new products that, first and foremost, taste amazing. Rescued Kitchen will save any tomatoes that don't make it to the supermarket shelves, limiting NZ Hothouse food wastage.  

It's sad but true that one-third of the food produced globally goes to waste. Over 300,000 tonnes of food are sent to landfills in New Zealand every year. Rescued Kitchen is setting out to solve this problem by taking edible surplus food from zero to hero sustainably.
